Customers of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) who transacts business using MTN Mobile Money at any of the bank’s branches this August will be rewarded with specially branded gifts.
MTN Mobile Money is a fast, simple, convenient, secure and affordable way of transferring money, making payments and doing other transactions using a mobile phone.
The Head of E-business & Cards Services at ADB, Mr. Solomon Adu Atefoe said the aim of the reward is improve the usage of electronic platforms for payments and minimize the use of physical cash in the day-to-day transactions of the general public especially ADB customers.
“The theme for this month’s celebration is ‘Let’s go cashless with MTN Mobile Money’ and we hope to use this period to create awareness and also promote the objective of reducing the use of physical cash by our customers in their daily transactions,” he said.
According to Mr. Atefoe customers can use MTN Mobile Money to send and receive money, top-up MTN airtime, pay bills (DStv, ECG Postpaid, MTN Postpaid, School fees and more), buy & pay for insurance, pay employee salaries, pay for airline tickets and other goods safely and conveniently on their mobile phones.
Merchants and subscribers can access end to end MTN Mobile Money services at any of the 78 branches of the bank across the country.
He urged existing customers to make take full advantage of the promotion period to win the prizes and further asked new customers to register with a valid photo ID today and enjoy the ease and convenience Mobile Money offers, he said.
