“Idris has been allocated a shared cell with other convicted inmates as there are no en-suite or ‘one bedroom flat’ style cells in the Custodial Centre as the cell blocks infrastructure are built as shared buildings, to accommodate multiple inmates.”

Additionally, it was clarified that Bobrisky is being remanded in a male custodial center, adhering to the dress code for male inmates, and receiving standard treatment without any special amenities or privileges.

Regarding the alleged donation of chairs to the correctional center, the spokesperson denied the claim and highlighted that formal documentation would be necessary to verify any such donation, emphasizing the importance of acknowledgment or documentation involving both the donor and the recipient.
