Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo’s preferred manager to coach the Saudi Arabia club has been revealed.
According to GOAL, Ronaldo reportedly wants Portuguese coach Luis Castro to join him at Al-Nassr.
The report added that Castro has a mega offer from Al-Nassr in hand.
Castro is currently in charge of the Brazilian side Botafogo.
The 61-year-old’s team defeated Palmeiras 1-0 on Sunday.
Speaking about reports linking Castro to Saudi Arabia, Botafogo president John Textor told TF:
“I told him [Castro] I was not going to talk to him about it until this game. He has a proposal. People in Saudi Arabia are trying to control the world of football with money, it is very tempting. It is a tough decision.”
