Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama on Tuesday unveiled highlights of the 2016 manifesto of the National Democratic Congress to give impetus to his campaign bid for a second term of office.

Titled: ‘Changing Lives, Transforming Ghana,’ the manifesto which is scheduled to be launched on Saturday, is structured in four thematic areas: Putting People First, Strong Resilient Economy for Job Creation, Expanding social and economic infrastructure and Transparent and Accountable Governance.
