The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) has reacted sharply to the 2016 manifesto of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), describing it as “broken” and “repeated” promises.
The reaction was delivered by the Chairman of the Manifesto Committee of the NPP, Boakye Agyarko.
