Film producer, Tracey Boakye has reacted to the suspension given to her by the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG).
Tracey Boakye was suspended by FIPAG following her fight with Mzbel which stirred controversy on social media last week.
According to FIPAG, Tracey Boakye, who is also a film producer, is supposed to serve as a role model to the young ones but her actions leave much to be desired.
“In view of this, FIPAG has immediately suspended Miss Tracey Boakye indefinitely; she is not supposed to take part in any of our activities during this period until the situation is reviewed,” part of the statement read.
Reacting to the statement, signed by James Aboagye, Tracey Boakye said she has never been a member of FIPAG.
She indicated that FIPAG had never offered to help her adding that she produced all her 14 movies by herself.
She stated that the president of FIPAG, James Aboagye had never called her before and that the first time he called her was to tell her that they were suspending her.
She claims they want to use the opportunity to hype themselves.
Tracey Boakye labeled the suspension by FIPAG as trash and she won’t take it seriously.
