Former member of the SM Militants, Joint 77 has responded to Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale’s claims that the Militants cannot write songs on their own.
In an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM monitored by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, Joint 77 said he could not fathom why the “Bojor” singer signed them on his label if they were bad.
According to him, he worked hard to write his own lyrics when he was on the label.
When asked if other members wrote their own lyrics too he answered that he couldn’t speak for them.
Joint 77 indicated that “human beings have feelings so if you’re working with someone and the person doesn’t see your effort and how hard working you are, you just have to quit and move on”.
Some weeks ago Shatta Wale went on Facebook and told Ghanaians the reason why he sacked his SM Militants.
He said that the Militants were lazy and could not write songs on their own, adding that they have been badmouthing him to others.
