Asante Kotoko have officially ended the contract of former trainer David Duncan.
Duncan was asked to step aside after six games into the 2015/2016 football season. Former player and his assistant Michael Osei took over.
At a meeting held at the club’s secretariat on Wednesday, June 22, a statement says, Duncan’s contract was “amicably resolved and a mutual termination package agreed upon”.
The statement signed by Board Chairman Paul Adu-Gyamfi was short of announcing a substantive coach for the club.
Duncan’s announcement comes a couple of days after Kotoko’s archrivals Hearts of Oak also parted ways with trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
