Multiple award winning radio presenter, Kwami Sefa Kayi has responded to claims that he is bidding farewell to Peace FM.
Rumors making the rounds indicate that Chairman General, as he is widely known, feels betrayed after management of the station wrote to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) begging them to rescind their decision to boycott the morning show.

“The management of Despite Media acknowledges responsibility for whatever misunderstanding that has arisen between us and the NDC in recent times.
“We, therefore, urge the NDC to let sleeping dogs lie and allow harmony to reign and return to the Kokrokoo show,” parts of the letter, addressed to NDC General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia said.

The management of the station reportedly wrote to the NDC to ensure people would not think they were being bias.
Reacting on his show this morning, Kwami Sefa Kayi said there is no need to always respond to rumors when you are in the public eye.
“When you recognize you are working in a public space you don’t have to react to everything thrown at you.”
