Mahama resumes ‘Accounting to the People’ tour today

President John Dramani Mahama will resume his ‘Accounting to the People’ tour  Tuesday, June 21.

The tour, which was in the Greater Accra Region on Tuesday, June 14, was suspended after the death of President Mahama’s mother, Hajia Abiba Nnaba, that night.

The tour on resumption will see President Mahama interact with traders at the Madina market.

He is also scheduled to pay a courtesy call on the Madina Zongo Chief and his elders.

President Mahama will also inspect ongoing works on the new district hospital at Atomic after which he will be at Amasaman to pay a courtesy call on the Amasaman Mantse and the Ga West Association of Chiefs and Queenmothers.

Later in the afternoon, President Mahama will inspect the bus rapid transit (BRT) terminal in Ofankor and then move to Osu and Ga Mashie, where he will inspect ongoing works at the Ridge Hospital.

Between the two errands, he will make a stopover at Nima to interact with residents.
