Medeama are confident they can build on their point away in Tanzania as they seek to mount a last minute surge in an effort to reach the knockout phase of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Ghana side have yet to win in three away games in the group phase but coach Prince Owusu is hopeful they can get the needed momentum from coming back.
“I thought we should have won but this is positive for us going forward. We can build on this going forward,” he said.
Medeama must now pick up at least two wins from their remaining games including those at home against Young Africans and TP Mazembe.
