BET Award-winning Ghanaian music icon Stonebwoy will perform with the Beninese singer-songwriter and five-time Grammy Award winner Angelique Kidjo in London. He has been invited as a special guest to celebrate with Angelique Kidjo as she marks 40 years in the music industry.

The event which will happen at London’s most iconic venue, the Royal Albert Hall will celebrate the career-spanning catalogue of Angelique Kidjo.

As Stonebwoy is ready to perform with Angelique Kidjo and become the first Ghanaian solo singer to play at the prestigious venue, fans on social media have congratulated him profusely.

She will also be joined by notable musicians, including British vocal singer Laura Mvula, Grammy-nominated trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, and Senegalese superstar Youssou N’Dour.

This comes at a critical juncture in Stonebwoy’s international calendar, having just completed a successful UK/Europe tour with a sold-out show in London.
