The Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) organized a health walk for its staff members in Accra on 24th September, 2016. The management of the bank initiated the annual staff health walk last year to bring to the fore the importance of exercising and healthy living.

Also, as part of the health walk, UMB staff members raised funds to support the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital and at the end of the walk, UMB presented an amount of GHc10, 000 to the hospital to enhance their operations.

Over three hundred UMB staff members from the Greater Accra and Koforidua branches of the bank were joined by some of the bank’s customers as well as staff from the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital for an engaging day of exercise and fun.
