Member of Parliament for Effutu Constituency Alex Afenyo Markin has expressed surprise at Speaker Edward Doe Adjaho’s “partisan ruling” on the motion of the Ford Expedition vehicle gift to President John Mahama.
Though he was not happy with the Speaker’s ruling, Deputy Majority Chief Whip Ahmed Ibrahim said it is simply a matter of “no case”.
