Actress Nana Ama McBrown has reacted to Nana Yaa Brefo’s resignation from Adom TV following reports that the latter resigned because of her.
The two clashed on Adom TV during an interview after the death of Bishop Bernard Nyarko.
When the late actor died, Nana Yaa Brefo interviewed his brother Isaac Darko, his son and his manager on Adom TV and they accused a section of Kumawood stars of not supporting him when he needed it.
They mentioned the likes of Nana Ama McBrown and Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lil Win as some of the actors who claimed they had wanted to support but were prevented from doing so by the family.
During the discussion, Nana Ama McBrown phoned in and expressed her displeasure about the whole incident.
In a dignified manner, she took on Nana Yaa Brefo for asking her a distasteful question.
Entertainment critic Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo and social media users also blasted Nana Yaa Brefo for the unprofessional way she handled the interview.
On Saturday evening, the “Badwam” co-host announced on her Instagram page that she had parted ways with Multimedia.
Nana Ama McBrown was hosting United Showbiz on UTV at the time she made the post and Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo, who was a guest on the show broke the news to her.
