Tecno Ghana has started taking pre-orders for its first foldable smartphone, the Phantom V Fold 5G. The company also started its promotional campaign along with it.
Tecno wants its Phantom V Fold 5G to appear before some renowned celebrities or influencers and wants them to do the unboxing and provide some valuable opinion. The manufacturer called on the multiple award-winning radio broadcaster and tourism expert, Abeiku Santana for the unboxing Glam Cocktail Party.
The media mogul, Abeiku Santana joined their brand ambassador, the BET Award-winner, Livingstone Etse Satekla better known as Stonebwoy and other celebrated personalities like; Adjetey Anang, Oheneyere Gifty Anti, Yaw Ampofo Ankrah among others for the first-impression video.
The company also posted an introduction video of the new Tenco Phantom V Fold 5G mobile.
The unboxing and use of the new Phantom V Fold 5G Glam Cocktail Party was held on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Soho Bar in Accra.
Abeiku Santana took to his Facebook page to show gratitude to the company and its brand ambassador, Stonebwoy for the thoughtfulness and recognition to name him among the selected few to unbox and use the new flagship phone.

Tenco Phantom V Fold 5G mobile was launched on February 27, 2023. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 7.85-inch touchscreen display (FHD+). Tecno Phantom V Fold is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Tecno Phantom V Fold runs Android 13 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Tecno Phantom V Fold on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel camera, and a 13-megapixel camera. On the front, the Tecno Phantom V Fold packs a dual camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel primary camera and a second 16-megapixel camera.
Tecno Phantom V Fold is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Tecno Phantom V Fold measures 59.40 x 140.40 x 6.80mm (height x width x thickness). It was launched in Black and White colours.
Connectivity options on the Tecno Phantom V Fold include Wi-Fi and GPS.
