Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso is hoping he can explode and string together consistent games at club level after agreeing a move to Panathinaikos in Greece.
While Wakaso has grown increasingly in influence with the Black Stars, his club career has been a tale of inconsistency following a swap to Russia with Rubin Kazan.
He barely played and was loaned out to Celtic in Scotland and Las Palmas in Spain.
The combative midfielder believes Greece could provide some stability after agreeing the three year deal.
“The club showed a lot of faith in me especially the coach,” he told TV3.
“I am sure if I work hard I would play. I am hoping to work hard and make a real impression here.”
