Ghanaian musician and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng well known as A Plus has revealed why Communications Minister Ursula Owusu-Ekuful follows President Akufo-Addo during his campaign tours.
In a Facebook post sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, A Plus said he had been reliably informed that the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West is looking to be Dr Bawumia’s running mate after Nana Akufo-Addo’s tenure ends.
According to A Plus, instead of concentrating on campaigning in her constituency, Ursula Owusu Ekuful followed Nana Addo to the Upper East and Northern Regions as well as other parts of the country because she is building an image for herself to be selected as Dr Bawumia’s running mate.
A Plus stressed that no one knows Ursula Owusu-Ekuful outside Accra so she is attaching herself to Nana Addo to sell herself to the public.
A Plus made this revelation after Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko commended the minister for her nationwide tour describing her tenacity and zeal in campaigning for the ruling party as “exceptional.”
