Customers of local airline, African World Airlines, can now have the convenience of purchasing their flight tickets at any Capital Bank branch across the country, the Bank has announced.
It follows an agreement entered into between the Bank and the Airline.
Per the agreement, travellers to Accra, Kumasi Tamale, Takoradi and Lagos in Nigeria can book their flights, purchase and receive their tickets at any of the 18 branches of the bank in seven regions of Ghana with ease.
The partnership fits into the bank’s strategy of becoming a stronger player in Ghana’s retail banking space, the bank said in a statement.
The bank says it has deployed a state of the art payment system that is highly adaptable with third party systems in order to make payments for various services very simple and convenient.
Capital Bank recently signed over 16 schools including the University of Ghana and the Ghana Institute of Languages onto its school fees collection platform.

Fitzgerald Odonkor said.
Three new branches of the bank are expected to be rolled out this year to increase the number of branches 21.
