Rosemond Brown Aka Akuapem Polo had been sentenced to 90days for taking and posting nude pictures with her 7year old son on social media.
She was to serve her term at Ankaful Prison in cape coast
Her Lawyer, Andrews Kudzo filed for an appeal and a bail. And a bail of 80,000 was granted.
As at 22nd April 2021, Nsawan female prison reported they had Akuapem Polo in custody as she is sign out after meeting all bail requirements, that is GHC 80,000 plus two sureties.
While the bail requirements and documents were being prepared Akuapem Polo was held at Nsawam prison.
After meeting all bail requirements should be released today.
