Fennec Otchere was brutally murdered in his home at Spintex on March 13, 2014 by unknown assailants.
Even though the late Fennec was involved in a lot of businesses he was popularly known in the music industry as one of the few who always spoke their mind and the hard truth when it comes to the entertainment industry.
In an exclusive interview with TV3network.com an emotional Kwaw Kesse was quick to commend the police service for the good job done in arresting the suspected killer of the former legislator. He therefore tasked them to do same for his late manager – Fennec.
“I think my manager’s case has not been dealt with the way the late MP’s case has been dealt with.
“I want to ask the police if it’s because my manger was not an MP,” he enquired.
“This is a man who was doing great with what he was doing in his field of work and as matter of fact a loyal Ghanaian” Kwaw Kesse added.
“If a Ghanaian is being murdered and up till date there hasn’t been any clue, then I would say the security system is being biased”.
“Recently there was news on somebody saying another person threatened to kill him like he killed the other person and I think that was a big clue the police should have jumped on to thoroughly investigate that person and found out why he said that but nothing came,” the artiste pointed out.
The award-winning musician reiterated, “To me I think the police are being biased and I don’t think you should be a member of parliament, a minister, or somebody working for the government before they can deal our cases for us”.
“I still pray and hope that the truth will come out and I am urging the police to use similar tactics to give us some answers to my manager’s killers”.
