Black Sherif Twin Makes it Big Online. Spot The Difference.

At this rate, we will end up with 10 Black Sherif lookalikes before Ghana Music Awards 2023. It’s no surprise that Kwaku Frimpong is in the prime of his breakout season. This has led to doppelgängers alike showing up all over.
Just a few days ago, one of these “twins” of Black Sherief went viral performing at a low-key event.


These lookalikes popping up everywhere are gathering a massive online following. One, in particular, is gaining a following that could make him the second most followed original Black Sherif online. He goes by the screen name killer Blacko Quality. This lookalike started posting videos of himself in the latter part of 2022. For numbers, he currently holds 62K followers on TikTok. His TikTok videos have racked up massive views.

Black Sherif, his management, or EMPIRE is yet to respond in action regarding all these lookalike Blacko sprouting across social media. The impersonation of a person’s identity is not legal and we are yet to see any action taken by Black Sherif’s management.

Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong (born 9 January 2002) professionally known as Black Sherif, is a Ghanaian singer and rapper. He gained popularity in 2021 with his song “First Sermon” in May 2021. This was followed up with “Second Sermon” in July.

His breakthrough came in with his March 2022 single “Kwaku the Traveller”, which reached number 1 on the Ghanaian and Nigerian Apple Music charts. He released his debut album, The Villain I Never Was, on October 5, 2022.
