Budding Ghanaian musician King Paluta has accused singer Akwaboah Jnr of stealing his song “Posti Me”.
King Paluta made this accusation in an interview with Dave Hammer on Hello FM’s Entertainment Review show in Kumasi monitored by KwasiAboagyeLive.com
According to him, he released his song in September 2019 while Akwaboah released his own just recently.
King Paluta revealed that KCee Beat, the engineer who worked on his song, is the same person who worked on Akwaboah’s own.
He believes Akwaboah heard the song in KCee Beats studio, adding that the sound engineer has now relocated from Kumasi to Accra.
King Palusha said if Akwaboah had recorded his version earlier, KCee would have given him a hint about it.
He said he can’t do anything about the song theft because Akwaboah is a mainstream artiste and has the mileage but had has lost his respect.
In a telephone conversation on the same show, Akwaboah said he doesn’t do cheap music and if King Paluta wants to use his song “Posti Me” to get into the media space, he is ready give it to him.
