Young Ghanaian musician, Eugene Marfo, well known as Kuami Eugene, has finally revealed how he changed his hairstyle.
Known for his afro hairstyle, Kuami sudden was seen rocking braid as his new hairstyle.
His decision to make this change was questioned by a lot of music fans in the country, but no response was received.
Speaking in a recent interview with Amansan Krakye, the Lynx Entertainment artiste divulged the lockdown in some parts of Ghana following the Coronavirus outbreak was a major factor to his new identity.
“My new hairstyle is not because of my new album Son of Africa per say. My hair became bushy and I decided to leave it like that. Because during the times of the coronavirus lockdown I didn’t want any barber to come to my house to trim my hair.
“So, during the quarantine, I left my hair to grow and I was braiding it small. When the lockdown was over I realized my hair was already grown and so I decided to leave it this way. But then again I can wake up one day and have a change of mind,” Kuami Eugene disclosed.
He released his new album titled ‘Son Of Africa’ some few days ago.
