The Electoral Commission on September 29,  began receiving nominations forms for the  2016 presidential and parliamentary elections

The Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo was the first to submit his nomination forms followed by Akwesi Addai also known as Odike.

The vice president, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, Nana konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Kofi Akpaloo and others showed up subsequently.

The NPP’s Nana Akufo-Addo was the first to submit

UPP’s Odike followed after

Kofi Akpaloo of the NDP also submitted his forms

Vice President, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur submitted on behalf of the NDC Flagbearer President Mahama

Nana konadu Agyeman Rawlings all smiles after submitting her forms

Akua Donkor  of the GFP was also there to submit her nomination forms
