Emotionally expressing her sentiments, she admits to a longing to shout her gratitude in the middle of the road, but worried people might think she’s a bit crazy. Sharing her thoughts on Facebook, she bares her soul, detailing the depth of her gratitude and the tears she sheds privately as she contemplates how best to express it.
“Sometimes I want to stand in the middle of the road and shout,but some people will think that I am mad,but no,my heart is just so full of gratitude that I cry behind closed doors on how to show it.Thank you to everyone,” she said in her post.
Despite this culinary feat aimed at a Guinness World Records entry, official verification is still pending.
It is essential to acknowledge the current record-holder, Irish Chef Alan Fisher, who set an impressive record of 119 hours and 57 minutes, surpassing the previous milestone by over 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Chef Smith is also in the game, going beyond 500 hours, and he plans to finish up on March 6.
