The estranged husband of Gospel musician Joyce Blessing has revealed that she was the one who rather asked for a divorce.
This is the first time, Dave Joy, who is also his wife’s manager, is speaking up after reports about their marriage collapsing emerged.
Opening up in an audio available to KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the music producer confirmed that his wife had asked for the divorce, adding that the singer went to his family house to return the drinks from their traditional marriage to his family.
According to Dave Joy, Joyce Blessing threw the drinks on the floor without giving it to anybody as Akan culture demands.
Dave Joy also explained in the audio the misunderstanding that occurred at his sister’s house when his ex-wife went there to take their children.
He said, his sister made a joke that the two could not possibly divorce and that worked up Joyce Blessing.
Dave Joy denied the allegations leveled against him that he bonked Joyce Blessings PA, Julie Jay, which is causing the divorce.
He said all those allegations are mere lies.
