Actor John Dumelo has revealed that his wife Gifty Mawunya Nkornu has not made him happy after a year of marriage.
The emotional statement can easily be perceived as Dumelo’s expression of his regret at marrying Gifty but it actually is part of a post from the actor celebrating their first anniversary in which he said she had made him the happiest man.
John Dumelo, who is the NDC’s Parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, wrote on Facebook:
“You’ve not made me happy….you’ve made me the happiest. Happy anniversary! Many more years to come!” he posted along with a picture from their white wedding.
On May 11 2019, John Dumelo married Gifty in a grand white wedding at the Royal Senchi in Akosombo months after they welcomed their first child, John Jnr.
Several A-list personalities were seen at the ceremony and it has gone on record as one of the most beautiful weddings in the country.
