80% of the new music producers in Ghana will fade away soon – Wei Ye Oteng predicts

Ghanaian music producer, Wei Yei Oteng has predicted that about 80 per cent of the new crop of music producers in the country will fade away soon.

He was afraid these producers may not last long in the system because of how they do their things.

The suspicion on the longevity of these new music producers was raised by Wei Ye Oteng when he was speaking in an interview with Zionfelix.

He bemoaned they lack a lot of things which will enable them to be in the business for a long time.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Drum Lyne Music made this assertion after a budding music producer known as Prinx Pappi used the ‘f word’ on him when he criticized the Kumerica movement.

Wei Ye Oteng claimed he does a lot of things to keep his brand growing and he does not rely on only beat making to achieve that.

He also talked about the number of popular musicians has worked with.
