Broadcast Journalist Andy Dosty has apologized to Dr Osei Kwame Despite publicly for disobeying him some years ago.
Andy Dosty rendered the apology in an interview with Dr Poundz on Hitz FM’s Hitz Gallery last Friday monitored by KwasiAboagyeLive.com.
Andy Dosty who was sharing his journey to stardom revealed how he landed a job at Peace FM.
According to him, Francis Doku, who is now General Manager, MG TV, told Fadda Dickson that he (Andy Dosty) was a “big fish” so joining Despite Media would help the station.
He noted that the same week he saw an article in Graphic Showbiz that he had joined Peace FM.
He said he worked with Peace FM for almost a year before he was transferred to Hello FM in Kumasi in 2006.
Andy Dosty revealed that when he was leaving Hello FM, Despite tried everything he could to keep him but he refused to stay.
He talked about standing in the rain with Fadda Dickson with the latter bolding a check which was double the amount of money Angel FM offered him but he refused to take it.
When asked by Dr Poundz why he didn’t accept the offer he said all the good guys were leaving Hello FM at that time so he also felt he had to leave when the offer from Angel FM came.
He therefore apologized to Dr Osei Kwame Despite for disobeying him at that time and said it was the first time he was apologizing to the man publicly since he left his job.
According to him Despite loved him so much that he would call to find out which nightclub he (Andy Dosty) was playing at and he would show up there.
