Adu Safowaah Completes 130-Hour Speech Marathon for Guinness World Record

Ghanaian media personality Regina Adu Safowaah completed her attempt at the Guinness World Records (GWR) for the longest speech marathon by an individual on Thursday, February 15.
Setting a target of 130 hours, she began her speech-a-thon on Friday, February 9, at La Palm Royal Hotel. Adu Safowaah surpassed the current record held by Anata Ram KC from Nepal, unofficially achieving an impressive 130 hours compared to the previous record of 90 hours and 2 minutes from August 27 to 31, 2018.
The event, held at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, garnered support from various celebrities, including Nana Ama McBrown, Kwaku Manu, Piesie Esther, Gifty Anti, Stacy Akua Amoakwaa, KMJ, Edem Tsotorme, among others.
Adu Sarfowah delivered her speeches in English, Twi, and French, each lasting a minimum of 5 minutes. She now awaits official confirmation from the Guinness World Records.
