Bishop Obinim speaks for the first time after he was arrested

Founder of International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim has spoken for the first time after he was arrested for forgery.

Obinim who spoke on one of his TV stations, Soul TV, sent a message to his congregants after President Akufo-Addo eased restrictions on public gatherings, allowing churches to reopen with 100 members in attendance at a time and with a service duration of one hour.

There had been an initial communication to his church members that service will be held at their Kumasi branch but Bishop Obinim, popularly known as Angel Obinim, in a live address on TV clarified that there would be no service because they can’t meet the President’s conditions.

He said the church members were many and he couldn’t hold service for only 100 people. He, however, said he will hold counseling sessions at his branches.

According to him he had problems physically with the state but his spirit was still working as an “Angel” of God.
