Chief Justice goes into 14-days self isolation

Chief Justice Kwasi Anin Yeboah has gone into self isolation upon advice from doctors after coming into close contact with a person who has COVID-19.

His lordship is expected to go into 14-days isolation in compliance with the COVID-19 protocols.

Yesterday it emerged that some judges had tested positive for COVID-19 with an Appeal Court judge, Justice Paul Gyaesayor passing on.

Some judges have already been asked to self-isolate.

According to a statement by Judicial Secretary Cynthia Pamela Addo, during the period of the isolation, the Chief Justice will be working from his residence at Cantonments in Accra.
