Nigerian music star, Davido Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, welcomed his wife Chioma Avril Rowland back home with multiple designer bags worth over GH¢1.5 million after she recently gave birth to twins in the United States.
According to blogger Tundeednut, the singer surprised Chioma with luxury bags worth over GH¢1.5 million [N100 million] as a welcome home gift.
Photos shared by the blogger show three bags from different designer brands, propped up with two teddies with blue and pink ribbons. Beautiful balloons, ribbons, flowers, and lights adorned the set-up.
This comes one year after they lost their son, Ifeanyi Adeleke on in October 2022 in a very heartbreaking way.
Recall Davido hinted at Chioma’s pregnancy in his song “In The Garden,” featuring Morravey, also tweeted that the week of his twins’ birth would be his best so far.
The news of the twins’ birth was finally confirmed after a video of Davido and Chioma leaving the hospital with their twins surfaced online.
In an interview, Davido revealed how he and Chioma found out about the pregnancy. He said they were both shocked and excited. He also noted that the twins were born in the same month as his late son, Ifeanyi.
Davido’s gesture of surprising Chioma with luxury bags is a heartwarming way to welcome her home and celebrate the birth of their twins.
