End-of-Year Party: Abeiku Santana honours staff

Abeiku Santana, the CEO of Kaya Tours Ghana Limited, Bays Lodge & Apartments and Bays Boutique Apartments has organized an end-of-year party for his workers and also honoured three of his employees for their hard work, dedication, and long service.

The event was held on Boxing Day, December 26, 2023, dubbed as a family get-together party also recognized partners and distributors, as the afternoon was a merry-making moment to enliven the spirits of workers for their contribution which has strengthened the position of the companies in the tourism industry.

Chief Executive of the Companies, Abeiku Santana, who delivered a goodwill message said the end-of-year party was to show appreciation for the contribution of hard work, enthusiasm, and dynamism of workers, without which the companies would not have achieved great successes for over 8 years.

Abeiku Santana noted that their hard work, dedication and commitment, as well as teamwork and good show, had propelled the companies to achieve a lot of success, and thereby commended the staff for their excellent performance that have earned the company a reputation both locally and internationally.

Abeiku Santana said the company had over the years maintained a cradle of the management team and that had endeared to beat the competition with its various way of services and this he said, made it possible for the companies to make inroads internationally.

He acknowledged that this year has been the best and he’s proud of what the companies have accomplished as a firm, this very significant achievement was as a result of the hard working attitude of the staff.

He added that based on these successes the companies, next year will have put in place strategies to enable it to consolidate is position in the local and international. Given this, he exhorted workers to work hard to enable the companies to establish a solid foundation in the tourism industry, which according to him, should be exemplary for others to emulate.

He noted that in a global environment where competition and quality are the hallmarks of success, “we need to look at old issues in a new way not simply for today but to make tomorrow more rewarding and with your help we can think anew and act anew on issues today for the sake of tomorrow.”

He assured hardworking staff they would always be recognized at the right time and this occasion is one of the moments when their sweat will be swiped away by management by rewarding them.

He said Management appreciates and value the contribution of workers, and certainly can count on their utmost dedication, commitment and professionalism which will elevate the status to higher than the previous year.

He honoured three most hard working workers with goodies and cash prize; Winifred Bonney, who was placed first, and Mabel and Malwin Bidahor for the second and third place Best Worker of the Year 2023.
