Popular Ghana diva and entrepreneur, Michy has disclosed that she is currently in a peaceful and beautiful relationship after she parted with ex-fiancé of popular dancehall giant, Shatta Wale.
Michy, the mother of one, in a recent interview with Halifax Ansah-Addo Best Entertainment show on Okay FM, revealed that she has moved on from their ‘messy’ relationship and is now in a new relationship with an unknown man.
“I’m actually in a very nice relationship now,” she told the host.
Michy made this revelation while addressing her relationship with Shatta Wale, describing it as “brotherly.”
According to her, she has no romantic feelings toward Shatta Wale but only cares for him as the father of their child.
“I won’t say feel something like the way it used to be, it’s more brotherly right now and of course, we have a child together so I owe him that care, I’ve shown lots of care to him publicly as well and we won’t be hypocrites and say oh it just faded off, a lot of things have made it fade off but that tiny bit of sweetness is there.
Michy addressed Shatta Wale’s recent support for her new single titled, “Hustle”, she appreciates that gesture, and is glad they have moved past their differences.
“I actually appreciate that post and I’m glad we’ve been able to look over our differences for the sake of the child and business that we can do in the future.
She continued; “Shatta Wale hasn’t promoted my song since we were having some bad blood and I’ve also done several songs and several features in the meantime til now that he has shared. So yeah I thank God that we’ve been able to look beyond the bad blood and live amicably,” she said.
