UK based Ghanaian gospel musician, Sonnie Badu has waded in the collaboration between American singer, Beyoncé Knowles and Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale.
Sonnie Badu reacted after Blogger Zionfelix asked on Instagram if people still think the collaboration between Beyoncé and Shatta Wale is not a big deal.
Reacting to the post the multiple award winning singer commented that Shatta Wale’s record is incredible.
“It’s a big deal…he has set an incredible record…Ghana will soon get the picture…” Dr Sonnie Badu wrote.
Many music lovers has praised Shatta Wale after Grammy award winner, Beyoncé Knowles who’s married to rapper Jay Z collaborated with him to on the ‘Already’ song off her ‘Lion King: The Gift’ album.
‘Black is King’, a visual companion to the 2019 album The Lion King: The Gift is expected to be premiered on Friday, July 31, 2020.
