Information available to us indicates that a lady believed to be HIV positive has deliberately infected many men with the virus.
The lady revealed this in an Instagram post sighted by KwasiAbagyeLive.com
According to her, she deliberately did it because of she was bitter for being infected by other men.
In a video available to KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the lady named Harriet Vihenda Akunava known on Instagram as Akuanavaharriet was holding two different HIV test kits and all of them shows positive for HIV.
She captioned the video, “It’s time I came clean, I was bitter for many months but I can’t do this anymore. I am HIV positive and have been infecting men. I’m sorry, forgive me, get tested if I have hayad you”.
It is not clear if she is a Ghanaian. Some comments that came under the post are not written in English
