Popular Kumawood actress and film maker, Mercy Asiedu has debunked rumours suggesting that she is dead.
The veteran actress says she is not sick and cannot be dead, as some reports make it seem.
Mercy said she is shocked that people will sit and fabricate lies about her when she is in good health.
Mercy Asiedu used the opportunity to thank Ghanaians and all the people who expressed concerns when the news broke, indicating that she is healthy and is currently based in the United States of America.
“I’m not sick and shocked that Amazing TV says I’m dead. I know we will all die, but you don’t lie about the death of people. I know my fans are in fear, but this is to let you know that I’m okay and not sick. He said I was in the UK, but I’m in the US. He cannot destroy me and my family,” she said in a short video she shared via social media.
