In the video shared by the mutiple award-winning movie star jumped on a treadmill challenge, walking backwards instead of the usual way the machine is used
The mum of four wore a two-piece gym wear that generously showed off her curves and flat tummy.
At the end of the video, the actress almost fell off, and her first child, Purity, swooped in to take her place on the machine.
Apart from making the bulk of her income from her career in Nollywood, Mercy Johnson owns a weight loss business, Mercy Magic.
