Court orders Odartey Lamptey’s ex-wife to move out of his 7-bedroom East Legon house

The Appeal Court has finally given its verdict in the case between ex-Black Stars player, Nii Odartey Lamptey and his ex-wife Gloria Appiah.

The court has asked Gloria Appiah to move out of Odartey Lamptey’s 7-bedroom mansion located at East Legon.

In 2017, the Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Cecilia Don-Chebe Agbevey, ordered Gloria to vacate the mansion as part of the terms of their divorce.

Odartey Lamptey was asked to settle her with GHS 200,000, a car and a 4-bedroom house located at Dome.

Gloria, who was not satisfied with that settlement appealed, asking the court to give herthe East Legon mansion as part of her entitlements.

However, the Appeal Court has upheld the earlier decision and has asked Gloria to vacate the house with immediate effect.

The decision ends the seven-year legal battle between Gloria and Odartey Lamptey.

Odartey Lamptey and his ex-wife became a topic of discussion for weeks after a shocking revelation that he wasn’t the father of their three kids like he had thought with a DNA test proving none of the kids were biologically his.

Gloria then came out to state publicly that Odartey was sterile and could not give birth when she was caught.

However, Odartey proved her wrong after he gave birth to three beautiful children with his new wife, Ruweida Lamptey.
