Staff of Despite Media has descended heavily on an aide of president Akufo-Addo for insulting the General Manager of the station.
A few days ago KwasiAboagyeLive.com published that Despite Media has begged NDC to let sleeping dogs lie and return to the Kokrokoo show.
“The management of Despite Media acknowledges responsibility for whatever misunderstanding that has arisen between us and the NDC in recent times.”
“We, therefore, urge the NDC to let sleeping dogs lie and allow harmony to reign and return to the Kokrokoo show,” the statement addressed to NDC General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia said.
Reacting to the letter, Charles Nii Teiko Tagoe, a presidential staffer labeled Fadda Dickson whose signature was on the letter as ‘ofui’ (fool).
In a Facebook post sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, Nii Teiko Tagoe said common sense has eluded Fadda Dickson and that’s why he did not mention the insults and attacks on his employees in the letter.
“Common sense eluded Fadda Dickson, the reason why he wrote and signed that letter without mentioning the insults and attacks on his own employees. Ofui!,” portions of his brazen attack on the Managing Director reads.
According to Charles Teiko Tagoe, “The issue was Sammy Gyamfi issuing a statement to insult and attack Kwame Sefa-Kayi and his production team, recently describing Sefa Kayi as a dictator and running an “over-hyped show”. Therefore, any sensible managing director who genuinely wants to resolve same must involve the two people.”
This morning on Adekye Nsroma on UTV, Yaa Konamah, Kwabena Antwi Bosiako and Afia Adutwumwaa Morosa registered their displeasure over the statement made by Nii Teiko Tagoe.
According to them, Dr Fadda Dickson Narh is a respectable man and has created jobs for many people in the country.
They asserted that Fadda Dickson built Despite Media with sweat and lots of sacrifices and does not deserve to be called names.
They called on the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to call the presidential staffer to order and make him retract and apologize for the infamous comment.
