Akuapem Polo who was sentenced to a 90days jail term at the Accra Circuit court for the publication of obscene photos of her 7years old son on social media has been granted bail.
After being found guilty by her own plea, her lawyer filed for bail with a pending appeal, which has been granted as at 21st April 2021.
News of Akuapem Poloo sentence had caused a controversy on Social Media as many deemed it to be harsh and unfair.
Her Lawyer advised that the 90days sentence is so short that if not granted bail by the time the appeal is heard she would have already served her sentence.
