Television personality, Oheneyere Gifty Anti has revealed that she personally stopped relationship speaker, Counselor George Lutterodt from appearing on her show about 4 years ago.

In a post sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the host of “The Standpoint” show on Joy Prime, disclosed that she gave Counselor Lutterodt the chance to air his views on her show on two occasions.

According to her, she has been bashed by some people about him saying people are accusing her of endorsing Counselor Lutterodt’s behavior because he has appeared on “The Standpoint” before.

She then apologized for allowing the Counselor to be on her show saying it was the biggest crime she committed.

Counselor George Lutterodt has generated a lot of controversy this week for his comments on Adom TV that rape victims enjoy the act.

He has been condemned by people in many sectors with actress Ama K Abebrese leading the charge to have him banned from speaking on radio or TV. She called him a rape apologist and said he was fuelling rape culture.

Rev.George Lutterodt

I have received a few accusations and bashing from some people with regards to George Lutterodt. I personally stopped him from coming on my show and studio 4 years ago. Yes, he’s been on The Standpoint before. On two occasions.

November 2013 and February 2016. His last appearance was on 19th February 2016.

I find it interesting and quiet unfortunate, that I am being accused of endorsing his behavior because he’s been on The Standpoint before, irrespective of what he talked about on the show. But then again, if in the programme’s 12 years of existence our ‘biggest crime’ committed, was letting him come on the show, 4 years ago….

I Totally apologize 🙏

And I keep using ‘I’ because I take full responsibility as the executive producer and Host.

Thanks
