The ex-wife of Pastor Kwaku Apraku popularly known as “Apraku my daughter” has disclosed that she warned him but he did not listen.
News broke on Wednesday afternoon that the man of God had died.
Yesterday a video circulated on social media of the late pastor in a drunken state.
Report says Apraku did not use a phone so it was difficult for him to see the video.
According to his ex- wife in a conversation with Kofi TV today, they divorced in 2003 but still maintained contact because of their children.
She disclosed that she used to cook for him even though they were divorced.
She said when she saw the video circulating, she called the children to meet them today at their father’s house in Kasoa so they could discuss how to get him to stop drinking.
They got there only to discover that he was dead.
Although the ex-wife was not able to disclose exactly what she warned “Apraku my daughter” about, she said he never listened to advice.
“I warned him, I advised him but he never listened. I saw this coming and advised him on many occasions but he did not listen. That’s the more reason why I divorced him,” she said while crying.
