Lakeside Real Estate, the foremost and premier name in Ghana’s real estate business made history and chalked an unprecedented feat at the 34th edition of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana awards.
For the third time in the history of the award scheme, Lakeside Real Estate which is the most-preferred choice in the real estate industry have been crowned the Marketing Oriented Real Estate Company of the 2022 calendar year, becoming the first and only real estate to achieve such a lofty feat.
The award is an affirmation of the incredible work done by the management and staff of Lakeside in promoting their firm and positioning it as the real estate company of choice in the country.
According to organizers of the awards program held at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra on September 30, 2023, the honor and reverence were bestowed on Lakeside Real Estate for the third in “recognition of the company’s excellence in strategic marketing, from marketing insights through the effective formulation of marketing mix programs to create value for the market and thereby delivering excellent results.”
Reacting to the latest achievement by his company which ranks as the market leader in building quality housing, the Managing Director of Lakeside Estate Dr. Prince-Joseph. Ayiku stated that the award is an indication of the belief and trust of Ghanaians in the Lakeside Brand.
He commended his staff and clients for their efforts in ensuring that his objective of providing affordable and luxurious homes to Ghanaians comes to fruition.
