Marriage will not change me; I’ll deal with anybody who insults me – Xandy Kamel

Kumawood actress Xandy Kamel says the fact that she is married does not mean she will change in how she does things on social media.

Xandy Kamel, who got married last week to her sweetheart King Kaninja, a presenter with Angel Broadcasting Network, said this when they appeared on Ekwanso Dwodwo with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM on Monday.

She said her husband knew her outspoken nature and how vocal she was on social media before coming for her.

“My husband is aware his wife is outspoken and shares her opinion on more trending issues.

“He also knew how vibrant I am on social media before marrying me but that doesn’t mean I’m going to tone down, I’ll still be the Xandy Kamel people know, marriage will not change me, never,” she added.

Xandy Kamel added that her husband will add some spice to her life by guiding her a little in her utterances but if anybody dares to insult her, she’ll deal with the person.

She told Abeiku Santana that she did not hide anything from her husband before they got married.

Her husband King Kaninja disclosed that he has a child from a previous relationship but has cut ties with the baby mama.

Any communication between them is strictly about the child and nothing else he said.

The couple got married on Thursday, May 14, at the plush Paloma Hotel off the Spintex Road with just a few family members and friends present due to the ban on social gatherings.

Reports say the traditional marriage took place on Tuesday, May 12.
