Veteran Ghanaian music producer, Emmanuel Mallet, well known as Zapp Mallet, has revealed what drives him to do music.
If you think his motivation is fame or money then you are wrong.
He disclosed in an interview with Blakk Kobby on 3FM’s ‘Reggae Vibes’ that he is into music because of passion.
According to him, fame, money or awards are not part of his plans.
However, every award he has won seems to be a bonus for him.
He emphasized that he is not the industry because of fame, money or win awards.
“Every song can be a hit but not every hit can be a song,” he said.
Zapp Mallet explained that everybody can just make a song and promote it on social media but not all of these social media hits can be songs.
