Ghanaian Dancehall act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has paid homage to late music producer, Willi Roi.
The dancehall artist remembered Willi Roi after award winning artist Beyonce released the video for her song ‘Already’ on which he features.
In a post sighted by KwasiAboagyelive.com, Shatta Wale said he couldn’t celebrate his great achievement without all the things Willi Roi said on radio.
According to him before his demise, Willi Roi announced on radio that Ghana will witness one great ‘collabo’ one day.
He saluted Willi Roi and said the legend should rest in peace.
Shatta Wale took the opportunity to announce that he will be going live on Facebook to talk about the collaboration, telling his fans not to miss it.
Willi Roi was the head of Zylofon Arts Club and a music producer. He died in his apartment at Royal Richester Hotel at East Legon, Accra on Sunday, February 10, 2019.
