Award winning American musician, Beyonce Knowles has detailed how she created the ‘Black Is King’ visual album.
In a video sighted by KwasiAboagyeLive.com, the singer revealed that the whole production started from her backyard and said it was truly a journey bringing the film to life.
She said the journey took her from Johannesburg to Ghana, London, Belgium and other places.
According to Beyonce, she hoped to shape the global perception of the word ‘Black’ with her film.
She described ‘Black’ as love, inspiration, strength and beauty.
The film and visual album which was released today, was directed, written and executive produced by Beyonce.
